Speech of Company Representative on 923 Banquet--by Mr. Zhang Ting, General Manager of Zhejiang Hi-tech Standard Parts R&D Co., Ltd. Good evening! I' m honored to address you here on behalf of National Center of Supervision and Inspection on Standard Part Products Quality and Zhejiang Hi-tech Standard Parts R&D Center. First of all, I really appreciate the communication and exchange platform built by China Fastener Info and General Manager Mr. Yu. Also, I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to you all for the support to our company's recent years' development.  Firstly, I want to introduce the basic information about National Center of Supervision and Inspection on Standard Part Products Quality. At present, the center has a laboratory with a building area of more than 6,300 square meters and owns domestic sophisticated and international first-class professional inspection equipment for standard parts, which covers all items in standard part series products. The inspection reports issued by the center have received accreditation of 45 countries. Now the center has 70 professional technicians, of which 40% have advanced and middle technical job titles and over 90% have bachelor degrees or above. The center undertook lots of the inspection operations for national key projects one after another, like Beijing National Stadium, Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge, nuclear field, cross-sea islands link project and Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Railway, as well as inspection operations consigned by American, British, German and other international purchasing groups for standard parts. In 2008, the number of the inspection reports issued by the center has already reached 12,300. In order to guide the fastener industry restructuring, advance products' competitiveness and achieve the goal of scientific development, we have set up an R& D center for material of standard parts with Beijing Central Iron & Steel Research Institute. At present, we are doing research on the material of standard parts. At the same time, we have already built Hi-tech standard parts R&D center with domestic advanced standard parts manufacturers, like Zhejiang Qifeng Hardware Make Co., Ltd. present today, is one of the members. Over nearly a year since the R&D center established, it has gained good effectiveness. The spikes used in the high speed railway, which developed by the center, are widely used in Wuhan-Guangzhou Railway. In addition, the center has become the qualified supplier for VOSSLOH in Germany. The environmental protective non-acid wire drawing techniques and crafts developed by us have successfully replaced the traditional acid cleaning techniques and crafts, which is good for energy saving, emission reduction and environmental production. The alloy material with high azote developed by us will replace the stainless steel materials 304,316 which are widely used now, reducing the cost by 40%. At present, the projects we are developing now are: the specific testing equipment for vibration testing of fastener manufacturers, the advanced low-cost techniques and crafts for solving the problem of high-cost of spheroidizing annealing equipment and domestic high strength bolts used in wind power generation to adapt the development of wind power generation during the period of China's 11th Five-Year Plan. There is still difference between what we are doing right now and your needs as well as the industry development.
